Exhibitor Application Form for 2026
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Matsuri Japan Festival Sydney 2026.
This application form is for businesses, food vendors, artists, community organisations and exhibitors wishing to participate in this year’s festival.
Please complete the application form below. All applications will be reviewed by the organising committee, and successful applicants will be contacted after the application period closes.

Conditions of Participation
- Exhibitors are required to operate their stall from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, 6 December 2026.
- Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email after the review process has been completed.
