Experience the art of Japanese flower arranging, known as ikebana, in a relaxed and welcoming hands-on workshop with Hiroko Prado.
Originating in Japan, ikebana is an art form that goes beyond simply arranging flowers. Through the thoughtful use of flowers and natural materials, participants explore the beauty of line, balance and space, creating an arrangement that reflects their own creativity.
This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to discover a traditional Japanese art form through a contemporary approach. Each participant will create their own ikebana arrangement to take home, complete with a small vase, mini kenzan (a traditional pin holder used to secure flowers in an arrangement) and floral materials.
No previous experience is necessary.
